SMITH RECEIVES BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN HEALTHCARE ADMINISTRATION
Beauregard Health System is proud to announce that Sylvia Smith has received a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Liberty University. Smith is also certified as a Medical Office Specialist from Chattahoochee Tech College.
Sylvia's academic journey began in 2011 when she graduated from Chattahoochee Tech College, Jasper, GA, with an Allied Healthcare certification as a Medical Office Specialist. In 2013, she took a significant step towards helping others by obtaining a certification in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (A.S.I.S.T.) from Ft. Johnson. Smith recently completed her Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration at Liberty University, where she graduated on the Dean's List and excelled in various coursework related to healthcare policy, economics, marketing, and management.
In addition to her academic achievements, Sylvia has over ten years of marketing experience. She currently serves as the Marketing and Foundation Coordinator at Beauregard Health System, where she applies her skills to improve access to quality healthcare for all individuals.
