Auxiliary

The Beauregard Health System's "Pink Ladies" and "Blue Coats" have been serving the hospital since 1980, with the goal of giving back to the hospital and community. The organization is dedicated to helping the hospital reach its focus of providing "a greater spirit of caring" to patients and visitors. Services provided include helping patients register in the Emergency Room and for outpatient and pre-operation services in Same Day Surgery. At the front of the hospital, Auxiliary members at the Information Desk are ready to assist with patient room information and general information in regard to the hospital. The Gift Shop, located on the first floor, is operated by Auxiliary members and is open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Gift Shop

The Gift Shop, located on the first floor, is operated and staffed by Auxiliary members. A wide range of gifts, Willow Tree products, flower arrangements, jewelry, home d├ęcor, snacks, personal care items and books is available. The Gift Shop is open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m.to 3 p.m. and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. All proceeds from sales are used to purchase medical equipment for the hospital.

Auxiliary Gives Back

Since 1980, the Auxiliary has purchased many medical devices and equipment for the hospital. The Auxiliary Annual Bake Sale and Silent Auction is held the Thursday and Friday before Thanksgiving. All funds raised in our Gift Shop and at the bake sale and silent auction are used to purchase this vital equipment for the hospital. The most recent purchases were a portable x-ray machine and a telecommunication system for the Emergency Department. In total, approximately $278,500 has been invested in medical equipment for the hospital to contribute to the well-being of patients in the community.
