Beauregard Health System is pleased to announce that its four Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) have received high ratings in the recent Quad A survey. Like the Joint Commission for Hospitals, the survey is unannounced and tours the clinics on different days to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards. During the survey, the Quad A inspectors looked through medications, equipment, clinic processes, labs, charts, employee files, and quality standards requirement metrics. The evaluated clinics include Beauregard Family Medical Center, Beauregard Women's Health Center, Beauregard Internal Medicine, and Beauregard Medical and Surgical-Walk In Clinic.

All four clinics passed with the highest of ratings, which is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the staff and management to maintain top-notch standards of care.

In addition to the Quad A survey, the clinics conduct monthly audits and yearly mock surveys to ensure continued readiness for an evaluation. Manager’s work tirelessly to stay on top of all requirements and regulations, and regular and on-going training is provided to ensure that we are always up-to-date on new processes and procedures.
