Mahaffey earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in 2014, and a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Women’s Health in 2024. She has dedicated her nursing career to the health and wellness of the women in Beauregard Parish. Mahaffey has spent the last 10 years working as a Registered Nurse in the Labor and Delivery Unit where she excelled in patient care and advocacy. Mahaffey is now providing gynecological services including, but not limited to, well-woman care, contraceptive counseling, prenatal care, postpartum care, menopause transition and postmenopausal care. We are thrilled to have her join the incredible team of providers at Beauregard Women’s Health Center located at 206 W 5th Street in DeRidder. Appointments available Monday-Friday.
