Beauregard Health System is pleased to announce that Keith and Dana Hooper Jay’s Carpet One recently made a generous contribution of $3,750 to Beauregard Health System Foundation’s Here for Life Capital Campaign. Keith and Dana’s spirit of giving and their support of Beauregard Health System and the Beauregard Health System Foundation is deeply appreciated.

At present, the Beauregard Health System Foundation is focusing its efforts on the construction of a multi-million dollar, brand new, state-of-the-art Emergency Department and ultra-modern Women’s Center. The new Emergency Department, which will be located north of the existing facility and contiguous to the existing hospital, will boast an improved design focused on workflow, safety and patient experience. This project will double the size of treatment rooms, offer contemporary designs for nursing stations, offer separate entry points for infectious diseases and a separate area for mental health patients, all enhancing quality, safety and the patient experience, right here in Beauregard Parish. The innovative women’s center will provide a diverse range of services tailored specifically to meet the distinctive health care needs of women, including gynecological care, breast health services, menopause management and prenatal and postnatal care.

This gift, and others like it – no matter how big or small, will be transformed into providing tangible healthcare benefits for our entire community for years to come.
