The Beauregard Health System Auxiliary proudly donated over $10,000 to assist the 2023 Giving Tuesday Campaign.
The Giving Tuesday Fundraising Campaign dedicated money for new patient room computers for Inpatient Services. The new computers will benefit our inpatient teams and help our patients by increasing patient safety and reducing the potential for medication errors. The barcode technology integrated with these computers is essential to confirming the right patient, medication, dose, route, and time.
Cheryl Gillard, Auxiliary President, says, “We are excited to assist the hospital with purchasing of additional Inpatient Computers that assist with patient safety. We look forward to helping fund additional items as the Emergency Department and Third floor renovation is completed”.
