Ashley Mazilly Promoted to Vice President of Ambulatory Services & Project Management at Beauregard Health System

DeRidder, LA — Beauregard Health System (BHS) is pleased to announce the promotion of Ashley Mazilly to Vice President of Ambulatory Services & Project Management, effective January 12, 2026.

Mazilly brings more than 15 years of leadership and operational experience to her expanded role. She previously served as Vice President of Project Management and has held executive leadership positions with Northrop Grumman Corporation and Beauregard Electric Cooperative. Her healthcare experience includes serving as Controller for Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Lake Charles.

In her new role, Mazilly provides executive oversight for ambulatory services and enterprise-wide projects, ensuring alignment with BHS’s strategic goals. She leads multiple departments, including Revenue Cycle, Beauregard Physician Group, Information Technology, Utilization Review, and Health Information Management. Her responsibilities include driving organizational improvement initiatives, enhancing patient access and experience, optimizing performance, analyzing physician group performance to ensure management effectiveness, and provider and organizational strategic alignment.
