Beauregard Memorial Hospital is pleased to welcome Jacob Blakeman, DPM, Podiatrist, as the newest member of the medical staff. Dr. Blakeman is practicing at Beauregard Foot Clinic located at 109 West 4th Street in DeRidder and is currently accepting patients. Call 337.221.3004 to make an appointment.
Dr. Blakeman comes to DeRidder from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine where he received his DPM certification. Dr. Blakeman then completed his residency training at Aventura Hospital in podiatry surgery in Aventura Florida, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Blakeman is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery, American Podiatric Medical Association, American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine, American Academy of Podiatric Practice management, and is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Blakeman looks forward to serving the podiatric needs of patients in Beauregard Parish and surrounding areas.
