Elyse Stanley accepts Chief Strategy Officer Position
Elyse Stanley, MHA, has accepted the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Beauregard Health System in DeRidder, Louisiana.
Stanley returned to BHS in January 2021 as Vice President of Business Development and Physician Relations, where she served as a liaison to the Beauregard Physicians Group overseeing recruitment and clinic operations. In her new role as Chief Strategy Officer, Stanley will direct and engage health system activity to drive strategic results, identify market shifts, and facilitate new growth opportunities for the organization in support of the overall strategic plan. “Stanley brings passion and a unique skill set to the Health System and will play a vital role in physician recruitment, system and service line strategies, and furthering access to quality care,” said Traci Thibodeaux, CEO, Beauregard Health System.
Stanley holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Capella University and a Master of Healthcare Administration, focusing on Strategic Management, from Liberty University. Stanley serves on the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Association of Rural Health Clinics and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Louisiana Chapter of Women in Healthcare. Stanley also earned an Army Achievement Medal for her 10 years of civilian service to the United States Army.
