National Nutrition Month Coloring Contest

Beauregard Health System partnered with Carver Elementary and Rosepine Elementary School to host the first community National Nutrition Month Coloring Contest. The contest was extended to 2nd and 3rd graders at each school, with nutrition themed coloring sheets provided. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners from Carver and Rosepine Elementary, for a total of three winners from each school, received a bicycle and will soon have their artwork framed and placed on a wall of the hospital. Through this initiative, Beauregard Health System hopes to promote health, nutrition and well-being in the children in our community at a developmental phase in their lives.
