Beavers Named Director of Human Resources
Kelli Beavers has accepted the position of Director of Human Resources at Beauregard Health System in DeRidder, Louisiana. She brings 17 years of experience in Human Resources Management to the position.
A native of Anacoco, Beavers graduated from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management. After graduating, Beavers worked as Human Resources Assistant at the Personnel Service Center, Directorate of Human Resources in Fort Polk, Louisiana for three years before joining the Beauregard Health System team as Human Resources Assistant. After serving in that role for five years, she was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2012. Beavers has also worked on the LWDA 51/Region 5 Workforce Development Board since 2020.
