We’re pleased to announce that AMERISAFE recently made an extremely generous contribution of $200,000 to Beauregard Health System Foundation’s Here for Life Capital Campaign.

The donation is designated toward the construction of the Women’s Center. We deeply appreciate AMERISAFE’s spirit of giving and their support of Beauregard Health System and the Beauregard Health System Foundation.

As Beauregard Health System embraces the fast-paced changes in the medical field, we focus on the Here for Life Capital Campaign, which consists of constructing a multi-million dollar, brand new, state-of-the-art Emergency Department and a world-class, ultra-modern Women’s Center.

The new Emergency Department, which will be located north of the existing facility and contiguous to the existing hospital, will boast an improved design focused on workflow, safety, and patient experience. This project will double the size of treatment rooms, offer contemporary designs for nursing stations, offer separate entry points for infectious diseases, and a separate area for mental health patients.

The Women's Center is a renovation of the existing third floor. The idea of the comprehensive Women's Center is that essential services will be co-located for the patient's convenience. The Women’s Health Center will provide a turnkey experience of Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Post-Partum (LDRP) care, as well as physician office visits and an imaging center that will reinforce the importance of preventive care.
