Short Term Disability

BMH associates have the option of electing one of two plans. Plan 1 begins payment after 7 days of being off of work and Plan 2 begins payment after 15 days of being off of work. Both plans will pay 60% of an associate's salary while out on disability. This is based on the associate's salary and age.

Long Term Disability

Offered to all full-time and part-time associates. Associates become eligible for the insurance following 3 months of full-time or part-time employment. This would result in associates receiving 50% of wages should their long term disability insurance begin paying. The additional buy up is based on salary and age of the associate.
