L.I.F.E. (Low Impact Fitness Exercise) Class
This is a low impact class that focuses on full body movements, increasing your heart rate, and improving your overall mobility. L.I.F.E. classes are free for Fitness Center members and $3 per class for non-members. The group class is held every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 am – 11:00 am.
